Dr. Tan Jun Yew is a Business Development Specialist with Lusi Group. With over 20 years of experience driving innovation and sustainability in the construction industry, he is now passionate about driving change in human behaviour through exceptional interpersonal skills training. This has led to him making a bold career change into training and coaching after tasting the pinnacle as a construction specialist.
Dr Tan walks the talk as the current President of BNI Future, Vice President of American Concrete Institute (Singapore Chapter), Board of Director of Singapore Concrete Institute and sits in the Committee of Pavement Engineerieng Society and the 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Airport Pavement Management.
His strategic leadership has earned his former company numerous prestigious accreditations and certifications. With a PhD in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Dr. Tan has published numerous technical papers and presented at local and international conferences and served as reviewer at prestigious journals.
One thing people may not know about Jun Yew: He started working on A.I. since 25 years ago, pushing the boundaries of A.I. long before it became mainstream!
