Kunqi Li
Li Kunqi is the founder of CaptionCube, a social enterprise that bridges society through language services. She began her career in aerospace engineering and became a certified ICF Professional Coach in 2015. Over the past decade, she has championed inclusive employment for persons with disabilities, creating remote opportunities through captioning, subtitling, translation, and transcription.
Beyond her professional work, Kunqi actively mentors and coaches youth, women, and aspiring social entrepreneurs. In her pursuit of wellness and lifelong learning, she became a Certified Aqua Yoga Vinyasa Teacher in 2024. She believes in holistic wellness and alignment as foundations for sustainable leadership.
Under her leadership, CaptionCube was awarded the Enabling Mark (Gold) in 2023 for its inclusive employment practices and was one of the three awardees in Singapore for the DBS Foundation Social Enterprise Grant Programme in 2017.
