Chik Han brings over 20 years of experience in audit and professional services. He spent a decade at an international accounting firm, where he refined his professional skills and expertise. During this time, he led statutory audits for multiple multinational corporations and publicly listed companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange. His clients span various industries both in Singapore and across different jurisdictions. Additionally, he has overseen teams conducting financial due diligence reviews related to various merger and acquisition transactions.
Chik Han is a graduate of ACCA, a Practising Member and Fellow Chartered Accountant with ISCA. He is also an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and a registered Public Accountant with ACRA.
